If someone asks you,”Are you a good person?”
How would you prove that you are?
Yesterday, a customer asked me for the price list.
As usual, I asked him:
“Have you ever shipped goods from China before? Have you done business before?”
He said no.
So I sent him a warm reminder:
“Even though the MOQ is only $500, this is still international business. You need to think about your sales ability and the risks first.”
Then he suddenly asked me:
“Are you legit?”
I paused for a second.
Because that question is very interesting.
It’s like asking a good person:
“How can you prove you are a good person?”
Or like in a new relationship.
The girl asks you:
“Are you a good man?”
If she has never dated before,
it’s actually very hard to prove.
So I told him:
“If you often look for suppliers on Facebook, you can check my page and videos. You will probably know if we are real or not.”
But if you have no experience,
it’s really hard for me to prove it to you.
What I want to say is:
We are very careful with every new customer.
It’s not because we don’t want business.
We just hope people make careful decisions and avoid costly mistakes.
