Have you ever noticed this?
When kids feel upset,
they can cry…and still eat.
Still do homework.
Think about your childhood.
You were like that too.
But now?
When you feel bad,
can you still work?
Can you still eat?
Probably not.
Why?
Because you believe something wrong:
“I need to feel better first, then I can act.”
But the truth is—
Your feelings don’t control your actions.
Many people stop the moment they feel bad.
They wait…and wait…to feel better.
But that moment may never come.
So you need a new skill:
Do the work, even when you feel bad.
You can feel stressed and still work.
You can feel tired and still move forward.
You can doubt yourself and still keep going.
Your feelings can stay. But your actions cannot stop.
And here’s something surprising—
Sometimes,
when you feel bad,
you actually work better.
You become careful.
You focus more.
You take each step seriously.
But when you feel too good?
You get relaxed.
You lose focus.
So the real question is:
How do you start, when you don’t feel like it?
Here’s a simple method:
Create a switch.A small action
that tells your brain:
“Now, we begin.”
For me, it’s very simple.
I boil water.I make a cup of tea.
That’s it.But this small action
is my signal:Work mode starts now.
You can do the same.
Use something you like—
music, coffee, a habit—
and connect it to the work you avoid.
Do it every time.
Slowly, your brain will learn:
This action equals Start working.
And you’ll notice—
Once you start,
you get pulled in.
Most people don’t fail
because they can’t do it.
They fail because they never start.
The hardest part is not the work.
It’s the first move.
Once you pass that moment,
everything feels easier.
So remember this:
You don’t need to feel good to start. You just need a way to begin.
Your feelings can stay.
But you—must move.
