Have you noticed something painful?
Some people work really hard,
but they stay… just average.
Why?
Because their goal was wrong from the very beginning.
There is an old saying:
Aim high, you may reach the middle. Aim middle, you fall low. Aim low… you get nothing.
What does it mean?
It’s not about dreaming big.
It’s about a simple truth:
Life always discounts your results.
If your goal is 100,
you might get 60.
That’s already good.
But if your goal is 60,
you may end up with 30…
or even quit.
That’s why:
The safer you play, the worse your result.
And more importantly—
When you aim high,
you change.
You think bigger.
You see further.
You stop caring about small wins and losses.
Your vision grows.
You push yourself.
You take action.
You move forward with courage.
Even if you don’t reach the top,
you will still be far ahead of others.
But if you start small—
You focus on tiny gains.
You play safe.
You lose drive.
Day by day,
you become smaller.
In the end,
you can’t even keep that small goal.
So the problem is not effort.
The problem is your goal.
Smart people understand one thing:
Goals are not for “just finishing.” They are for raising your life’s ceiling.
You may not reach it.
But you must not start too low.
Remember this:
You can go slow, but you must aim high.
Don’t limit yourself.
Don’t stay in a small circle.
Live up to yourself.
Live up to this life.
That—
is the real meaning of aiming high.
